The Board of Directors, with the help of Brickell Property Management, would like to introduce our members to our new community blog & website. We have already published relevant information for our members such as our covenants, rules & regulations, Paint Color Codes, Architectural Information (ACC) and a calendar of events on which Board meetings, and other important events, will be announced on. Meeting minutes will also be published on this site for the benefit of our members. We have also set up a Contact Us page, a direct email address as well as a phone number residents can use to either text or leave voice mail on. These new modes of communication will be monitored by the Board of Directors and our Property Manager in order to better connect with our membership. Please visit the Contact Us for more information. From time to time, we will also post announcements on our blog regarding community information which we feel is important or of interest to our members. These announcements will also be distributed to members which are subscribed to our community mailing list. We hope that our new website becomes a valuable resource for our members.
